Triunity Software, Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Mainframe Developer to design, develop, and maintain mission-critical mainframe applications. You will write COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe code while troubleshooting issues and improving performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform testing and documentation, and support legacy migrations in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with mainframe development (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2).
• Strong knowledge of z/OS or similar mainframe OS.
• Experience with mainframe debugging tools (ISPF, SDSF).
• Ability to analyze and optimize batch processing and job scheduling.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications and systems.
• Write and optimize COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe-specific code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve mainframe application issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform system testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Monitor mainframe performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Support legacy system migrations and modernization initiatives.
