Qualifications

• Proven experience in mainframe development or administration (IBM z/OS preferred).
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, or related mainframe technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex system environments.
• Experience with mainframe performance monitoring and tuning tools.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and Agile development practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
