• Strong SQL, debugging and performance tuning; Azure DevOps/source control.

• Tax and Regulatory Reporting in Banking/Financial Services.

The role involves collaborating with tax, finance, and business stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing technical leadership, and mentoring development teams while driving application stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development, maintenance, and support of tax reporting applications.

Collaborate with business, tax, and compliance teams to define requirements and solutions.

Design, review, test, and deploy mainframe-based reporting solutions.

Ensure application performance, stability, and regulatory compliance.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Mentor developers and support project planning and estimation.

Required Skills:

8+ years of IBM Mainframe development experience.

Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS.

Experience with Zeke, File Manager, Abend-Aid, SPUFI, SORT, ICETOOL.

Knowledge of SFTP processes, report generation, batch processing, and job scheduling.

Strong SQL, debugging, performance tuning, and Azure DevOps/source control experience.
