• Analyze JCL failures, abends, DB2 issues, CICS problems, and production incidents.
• Optimize application performance and batch processing.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Work with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and production support teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and support application releases and deployments.
• Participate in on-call/production support activities as required.
• Identify opportunities to modernize and improve legacy mainframe applications.
