Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update COBOL applications, including JCL and CICS components.
• Support and enhance applications using IBM SQL/DS, ADABAS, and VSAM.
• Design interfaces between mainframe systems and external agencies via data transfers (SFTP/FTP).
• Assist EOC operators with runtime errors and troubleshooting.
• Generate reports from system data for operational use.
• Utilize IBM utilities (Syncsort, MacKinney) to optimize performance.
• Document processes, interfaces, and database configurations.
• Support migration efforts to modernize legacy systems.
