Job summary

Stradit is seeking a Senior Mainframe Capacity Planning Engineer to monitor and analyze mainframe capacity, collect resource and business data, and generate actionable insights using SAS. You will work with MICS/MXG data, validate datasets, and contribute to documentation and risk assessments.

This role requires strong statistics fundamentals and experience with mainframe tools. The position may involve working across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics or statistics preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Mainframe capacity planning and reporting.
• Design basic SAS reports and validate data collection.
• Build and edit JCL in ISPF; maintain documentation.
• Learn and support MICS/MXG database architecture.
• Analyze business volume data and prepare risk assessments.
• Organize artifacts and provide ad hoc reports for leadership.
