Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Mainboard Repair Manager to lead a team of technicians focused on repair, diagnostics, and quality control for diverse electronic devices. You will drive process improvements, train staff, and ensure timely, cost-effective repairs while maintaining high standards and clear communication with other departments.

The role requires 3–5 years in electronic repair management, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with soldering, oscilloscopes, and SAP-like repair

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electronics or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years in technical or management roles in electronic repair.
• Experience with mainboard repair, PCB troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Proficiency with soldering, oscilloscopes and repair tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mainboard repair technicians.
• Provide training to enhance technical skills and repair quality.
• Meet KPIs for quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Oversee diagnostics, repair, and testing of mainboards across devices.
• Troubleshoot faults using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Ensure proper repair techniques including soldering and component replacement.
• Establish SOPs and perform quality checks for consistency.
• Manage parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain records of repairs, parts usage, and costs.
• Serve as liaison for escalated repair issues and customer updates.
• Generate detailed repair reports and maintain service histories.
