Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mainboard repair technicians.
• Oversee diagnostics, repair, and testing of mainboards for various devices.
• Establish SOPs and ensure quality and KPI targets are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts and manage inventory levels.
• Generate detailed repair reports and maintain records.
