Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Mainboard Repair Manager to join a client in Fort Worth. The role is 100% onsite, full-time, and direct hire. The manager will lead motherboard/PCB repair operations, drive quality, and supervise a technician team in a high-volume electronics repair environment.

The successful candidate brings deep board-level diagnostics expertise, strong leadership, and proven ability to improve repair turnaround, yield, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics or related field.
• 5+ years electronics repair experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience managing technicians or repair ops.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing or depot repair.
• IPC certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of repair technicians and technical leads.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround metrics.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Foster accountability, safety, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
• Support workforce planning, staffing, and succession development.
