1. Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and delivering all items efficiently.
2. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals, providing heartfelt and high-quality service.
3. Comply with Auberge Resorts Collection standards and make thoughtful suggestions for upselling menu items.
4. Accurately take and input orders into the POS system, handle billing efficiently.
5. Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
6. Ensure the restaurant/outlets are tidy, organized, and follow safe food handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of food and wine; experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications, such as food handler's or alcohol training certifications.
• This is a full-time, year-round position.
