About the Role

As a Bartender, you will establish a pleasant rapport with guests, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and maintain a clean and organized work station. You will also ensure compliance with all standards, manage inventory, and participate in team operations to provide excellent service.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED and 0-6 months of bartending experience or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, speak English, and perform basic math skills.
  • Ability to respond to guest inquiries and handle practical problems.
  • Basic computer skills, including operating POS systems.
  • Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and obtain food handler and RAMP certifications.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and perform necessary physical tasks.
Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent guest service and establish rapport with guests.
  2. Adhere to all safety and alcohol service standards.
  3. Mix, serve beverages, and manage inventory efficiently.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
