The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

This role pays an hourly rate of $9, plus tips.

EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

• Must demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
• Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations.
• Learn about various beer, wine, and spirits, and suggestively upsell products to guests.
• Pour drinks responsibly and verify guest IDs as per regulations.
• Communicate cut-off times to guests as required.
• Respond to customer requests or concerns and de-escalate intoxicated guest situations.
• Contact management or security if needed.
• Handle cash accurately and maintain a clean, sanitary work station.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar and organization of the cooler.
• Minimum six months of bartending experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Bartending school preferred.
