This role serves as the critical administrative support for the main office, President and Principal of Bishop Shanahan High School. The successful candidate will routinely and effectively communicate and interface with all levels of the organization from staff to executive leadership working within a Catholic environment where Catholic values define the words and actions of all.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and energetic with a demonstrated ability to work with little oversight/direction while handling and maintaining confidential information and exercising discretion/discernment in handling related office and school matters at all times. This role requires professionalism, organization, and effective communication. They will demonstrate the ability to use multiple educational platforms for a variety of tasks throughout the year and have a high level of comfortability with technology and using technological applications to streamline work, policies, and procedures.
Administrative Assistant to the President and Principal is a 12-month position.
The deadline for application is September 24,2026. Interviews will be granted to the most qualified applicants. PA required clearances, Safe Environment clearances, and official transcripts will be required before employment can begin.
