Job summary

Mauer Automotive in Inver Grove Heights, MN, seeks a diligent Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles.

You will conduct inspections and tests, perform MPI and PDI on new vehicles, communicate repair recommendations to the service advisor, keep bays clean, and ensure safety and quality while meeting monthly productivity objectives.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a variety of vehicles.
• Identify mechanical issues and conduct repairs.
• Perform MPI on all vehicles (minimum pre-delivery inspection).
• Complete PDI on all new vehicles.
• Communicate repair recommendations and maintenance needs to the service advisor.
• Keep vehicle bays clean and organized daily.
• Provide video or pictures of repair recommendations for each repair order.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

As a Service Technician, you are responsible for performing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a variety of vehicles.
