The Service Technician creates an exceptional customer experience while fostering customer loyalty. Responsibilities include diagnostics and repairs of our customers' and dealership vehicles. The role includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Operate a vehicle
• Understand dealership computer systems
• Attend company and factory training
• Stay current with manufacturer warranty requirements
• Adhere to Snell Privacy and Information Security Policies
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and co-workers
• Respond to customers’ technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain knowledge of automotive systems
• Review service orders and inspect vehicles for necessary repairs
• Stay updated on new models and product improvements based on technical service bulletins
• Understand warranty guidelines and relate them to warranty service repair orders
• Communicate effectively with co-workers throughout the repair process
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for three or more hours
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years old
• Hold a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
• Pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
• Preferably have 2+ years of experience
