Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive problems accurately and efficiently
• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Identify and communicate additional repair needs to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and completing repairs in a timely manner
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Continuously learn and improve technical skills through regular training and development programs
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical school or certification in automotive repair preferred
• At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must have own tools and transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
