Responsibilities

• Picks up mail from USPS Post Office or receives mail via courier.
• Sorts all incoming USPS and interoffice mail and prepares items for shipping.
• Ships items through FedEx and tracks deliveries.
• Opens and processes mail according to client policy with imaging and coding.
• Images specified departmental mail and routes to the client document management system.
• Maintains and logs all production and mail volumes, including certified mail.
