Job summary

EMSMC is seeking a detail-oriented Mailroom Specialist to process incoming/outgoing mail and reconcile payments. You will scan payments, prepare deposits, and ensure compliance with client requirements and regulations. Strong confidentiality and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail, including payments and denials.
• Obtain payments and correspondence from sources; scan into software.
• Prepare deposits and deposits-related paperwork per client specs.
• Identify errors in checks and address with internal/external parties.
• File checks and related documents securely until mailing.
• Prepare daily courier chain-of-custody for deposits.
