Job summary

HUB International Limited in Irving, TX seeks a Mailroom Processor to scan incoming mail with the OPEX scanner and prepare client notices using Pitney Bowes stuffer/mailer; you will handle USPS, UPS, FedEx and other carriers daily.

You will need a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, proficiency with Windows and MS Office, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining logs and delivering quality service.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient with Windows OS and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming US / FedEx/UPS mail, deliveries, office supplies.
• Sort, deliver and pick-up mail and packages within timeframes.
• Maintain all logs and reporting documents.
• Operate mailing, photocopying and scanning equipment.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks.
• Process outgoing mail daily via USPS, UPS, FedEx and other carriers.
• Maintain necessary client and employee relationships to ensure quality customer service standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
