The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial machinery, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety. This on-site position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with paid overtime based on need.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with mail inserters, inkjet machines, or similar machinery preferred.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair complex systems.
• Familiarity with warehouse environments and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of mail inserters, inkjet machines, and related equipment.
• Assist with equipment setup and calibration for production runs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement repairs.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and machinery areas.
• Support building maintenance tasks (lighting, HVAC, plumbing).
• Document maintenance logs and report issues to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
