Job summary
A leading maintenance service provider is seeking an Advanced Maintenance Technician/Lead for their facilities in Louisville, KY, or Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience and focuses on providing support to the Lettershop departments while ensuring effective maintenance practices. The candidate will engage in preventative maintenance, effective communication with team members, and contribute to minimizing equipment downtime. Qualifications
Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
Must be able to lift 30 lbs repeatedly and 70 lbs maximum.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent service/support for Lettershop departments.
Conduct repairs and create a preventative maintenance program.
Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop.
Skills
Hands-on experience with Bluecrest and/or Pitney Bowes inserters
Communication and teamwork skills

Education
High school diploma or GED
