Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, seeks a Mail/Finishing Level 2 consultant in Nashville, TN, for an hourly role. You will operate mail/finishing equipment, coordinate mailing, and ensure accuracy of mail records. Strong English, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm. CTG emphasizes efficiency, teamwork, and compliant processes across mail operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of mailroom/finishing experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with mailing, shipping, fulfillment, tracking and distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume mail and finishing equipment (inserters, sorters, meters, printers, scales).
• Coordinate mailing, fulfillment, and distribution of client materials.
• Process mail, packages, and supplies; deliver and pick up mail on scheduled runs.
• Prepare mail for USPS, express, and courier services.
