Job summary

University of Mary is seeking a Mailroom Delivery Associate to support the campus mail room, print shop, and daily mail routes. The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to adjust day-to-day workload.

Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in writing and speaking and support the university’s Benedictine mission. The position operates on campus in Bismarck, ND, with responsibilities spanning mail handling, print shop tasks, and

Responsibilities

• Assists with mail room operations to include retrieving mail from the USPS distribution center, processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, postage metering, and performing the daily campus route of all department mail and packages.
• Assist in the Print Shop printing, book making and binding, stuffing, trimming, and cutting
• Performs other related duties as requested and assigned

Mailroom Delivery Associate

Mail Room Delivery Associate ensures consistent University support in all aspects of the mail room, print shop, and mail deliveries on campus. Successful individuals have excellent customer service, the ability to lift 50lbs, the ability to adjust day-to-day workload, and communicate well in both written and oral means. Candidates will be invited to demonstrate a willingness to support the Christian, Catholic, Benedictine mission of the University of Mary.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities Include:

• Assists with mail room operations to include retrieving mail from the USPS distribution center, processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, postage metering, and performing the daily campus route of all department mail and packages. Including errands off campus
• Assist in the Print Shop printing, book making and binding, stuffing, trimming, and cutting
• Performs other related duties as requested and assigned
