We are recruiting a Mailroom Coordinator to join our team located in London.The Mailroom Coordinator will oversee the mailroom and courier services along with the delivery, storage, movement and return of goods for the site.Role Summary:RESPONSIBILITI ES (Key deliverables of the role)• Delivers a seamless, delightful, and superior mailroom service for all Athletes and Business Units• Responsible for the logistics and movement of business deliveries at the site• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Facilities suppliers for the mailroom and logistics services• Implements and monitors standards of service to meet and exceed expectations and looks for opportunities to improve efficiencies related the mailroom services• Work with the wider facilities team to anticipate and resolve any potential obstacles in the work environment• Back up for site team absences and support• Provide support for other locations• Familiar with all services within the facility and works with the services team to facilitate hospitality approach across all services lines• Superuser for those technologies used for the mailroom services such as I-track, Bringme box etc• Responsible for the QSHE the mailroom and logistics, in addition support in the QSHE process for the Facilities site and services through reporting of near misses and demonstrating a proactive approach to QSHEDay-to-day Facilities Management• Maintain the day-to-day relationships with the Building User stakeholders regarding the mailroom and logistic services• Responsible for the co-ordination and the logistics of the goods in and out service• Responsible for the couriers service, from acceptance of courier packages, ensuring delivery to the customer, and arranging couriers• Ensure that the onsite tracking and security of all mail and packages is followed and tracked• Provide monthly data and reports on the mailroom & shipping costs and volumes to the Facility Lead• Ensure all printing & copier stations are stocked and tidy, working with supply partners on any issues or faults• Performs other duties as assignedExperience Required:• Minimum of 3 years in warehouse, shipping & receiving• Physical ability to assist with mailroom operations; Able to lift 50 lbs/ 22kg• Self-motivatio n and organizational skills with the initiative and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner• Proven ability to work in a customer focus environment and to work as part of a team• Warm and engaging demeanour with ability to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help• Demonstrated capacity to use curiosity to find opportunities to create amazing outcomes• An operational knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and other specific mailroom IT tools• English proficiencyAbout CBRE Global Workplace Solutions:As one of CBRE’s core global businesses, Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) provides end-to-end services to occupier clients across the entire lifecycle of a building. The minimum salary for the Data Center Technician role is $35,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Data Center Technician position is $41,500 annually. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
