Dr. Robert K. Jabs School of Business in Riverside, CA is seeking a Mailroom Clerk to handle receiving and sorting all incoming mail and parcels, and to prepare and process outgoing mail and shipments.
The role includes operating postage meters, weighing equipment, and department vehicles as needed. The position requires strong attention to detail, dependable time management, and a customer-service mindset to assist campus staff and students with mail policies and general mailing standards.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must obtain and maintain the following within ninety (90) days of hire as a condition of continued employment: a valid California Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.
