Job summary

FSSI East Inc. is seeking a full-time Operations Support for its Mail Production team in Lincoln, Rhode Island. The role requires operating large mailing equipment and supporting coverage across Mailing and Quality Assurance.

The position is on the 2nd shift, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am, with overtime and weekend needs during peak cycles. Benefits include ESOP, medical/dental/vision, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be well organized and have strong time management skills.
• Must handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Assist or provide coverage in Mailing and Quality Assurance.
• Move stock and materials from warehouse to Inserter location.
• Sign off on mail pieces during the Inserting cycle.
• Learn to operate Mailroom Inserters for cross-coverage.
• Copy and scan documentation as required.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Report unsafe facility and vehicle issues to management.
• Perform other duties as needed with changing business needs.
