Job summary

FSSI East Inc. is seeking an Operations (Production) Support for its 1st shift in Lincoln, Rhode Island. The role provides general production department support, with cross-training and coverage during vacations or high-volume days.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with overtime as needed and possible weekend shifts. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality are essential, along with flexibility and customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Customer service mindset with ability to work independently and with others.
• Shift flexibility with overtime availability and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist or cover Mailing and Quality Assurance with large mailing equipment.
• Move stock and materials from warehouse to Inserter location.
• Sign off on mail pieces throughout the Inserting cycle.
• Learn Mailroom Inserters to fill in as needed.
• Copy and scan documentation when required.
• Follow policies and safety regulations.
• Report unsafe facility and vehicle issues to management.
• Perform other duties as organizational needs change.
• Frequent 10+ hour days on high-volume cycles.
