Job summary

FSSI East Inc. is seeking a full-time Operations Support to join our Mail Production team in Lincoln, Rhode Island. You will ensure the smooth operation of large mailing equipment and help cover multiple roles during vacations, call outs, or high-volume days.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–12:30 am (2nd shift) with overtime as needed, including weekends. Strong organization, multitasking, and physical stamina are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and weekends as needed.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist or provide coverage in Mailing and Quality Assurance.
• Move stock and materials from warehouse to Inserter location.
• Sign off on mail pieces throughout the inserting cycle.
• Learn to operate Mailroom Inserters for coverage as needed.
• Copy and scan documentation when required.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Report unsafe facility and vehicle issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by changing needs of the organization.
• Overtime may be required, including weekends, on high-volume days.
