Job summary

FSSI East Inc. in Lincoln, Rhode Island, is seeking an Operations Support to join the Mail Production team.

The role involves operating large mailing equipment, moving stock, and signing off mail pieces, with potential cross-training across positions during vacations or high-volume days. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–12:30 am (2nd shift); overtime is required as needed to support production cycles, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be well organized with strong time management skills.
• Must handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Assist or provide coverage in Mailing and Quality Assurance; operate large mailing equipment.
• Move stock and materials from warehouse to Inserter location.
• Sign off on mail pieces during Inserting cycle.
• Learn to operate Mailroom Inserters to fill in on a needed basis.
• Copy and scan documentation when required.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations.
