Direct Mail Solutions (DMS) in Richmond, VA is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Mail Processing Coordinator to join our team, handling USPS processing, accuracy, and timely completion of projects. You will manage mail sortation using our company software, prepare postal forms, coordinate across departments, troubleshoot issues, and provide backup support while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Day shift: Thursday – Saturday, 6:10 AM – 7:40 PM, with full-time hours.

Qualificações
