The University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking a Logistics Specialist - Facilities to manage mail and package receipt, sorting, tracking, and delivery across the KUMC campus. This role supports the central logistics workflow and assists customers at the service window while handling USPS and carrier packages.

Responsibilities include verifying deliveries, recording transactions with automated systems, and maintaining accurate routing and documentation.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 year of office experience or experience receiving, inspecting, sorting mail.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect and sort USPS and interoffice mail for the campus.
• Receive and sort packages via carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Verify recipients and research discrepancies to ensure delivery accuracy.
• Use automated tracking to log packages and ensure efficient delivery.
• Deliver mail and packages along established routes with required signatures.
• Sort and prepare outgoing mail and ensure correct departmental account numbers.
