Job summary

RPh on the Go in Milwaukee, WI seeks a licensed pharmacist for a contract-to-hire role focused on long-term care and mail order settings. The position runs daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage, and includes a 13-week engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately accept and dispense prescription medications, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Monitor patient medication compliance and usage patterns to promote safe and effective therapy.
• Maintain confidential patient records and manage pharmacy documentation efficiently.
• Provide thorough medication counseling, discussing proper usage, potential side effects, and answering patient inquiries.
• Offer patient services including smoking cessation programs, blood pressure monitoring, and cholesterol management.
