Job summary

CVS Health Omnicare Long Term Care Pharmacy seeks a licensed Wisconsin pharmacist for a full-time role. You will ensure accurate order entry, maintain security, verify tests and labels, and help supervise sterile products when needed, while upholding DEA/state laws and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Wisconsin pharmacist in good standing.
• Active license and eligibility to practice in Wisconsin required.
• Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate entry of orders and maintain pharmacy security.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and verify orders for accuracy.
• Oversee sterile IV products if required and manage schedules.
• Maintain perpetual inventory for controlled substances and comply with DEA/state laws.
• Provide evening, weekend, and holiday coverage as scheduled.
• Follow HIPAA and all applicable state and federal regulations.
