Job summary

Humana Inc’s CenterWell Pharmacy in West Chester Township, OH is seeking a Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 to perform varied administrative, operational and customer support tasks. Shift: 5:30PM–2:00AM, Sunday–Thursday, with pay of $21.50/hour plus differential up to 15% and a $1,500 hiring bonus.

Responsibilities include accurately filling and counting medications, coordinating with the inventory team, and applying defined quality standards under minimal direction.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license.
• National Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ExCPT).
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.
• Must be able to stand 10 hours.

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments.

Shift: 5:30PM-2:00AM Sunday-Thursday

Location: 9843 Windisch Rd. West Chester Township, OH 45069

Pay: $21.50/ hour straight time, 12% shift differential from 6:00PM-12:00AM, 15% shift differential from 12:01AM-2:00AM, and an additional 5% shift differential on Sunday.

Earn a $1,500 hiring bonus! 50% of the hiring bonus is payable at hire and 50% is payable at 180 days of employment.

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2:

• Accurately fills and counts medications.

• Ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with the inventory supply team.

• Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards

• Has some latitude over prioritization and timing, and works under minimal direction.

• Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation, deviation, and/or independent discretion.

• Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license in Ohio

• Must have a National Pharmacy Technician certification, (PTCB or ExCPT)

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
