CenterWell Pharmacy is hiring a Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician in Olde West Chester, Ohio. In this role, you will fill medications accurately, maintain inventory, and contribute to improving consumer experiences. The position requires an active Pharmacy Technician license in Ohio and national certification. You will work 40 hours per week with shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Introduction

Become a part of our caring community. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments.

Shift & Location

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM Sunday-Thursday

Location: 9843 Windisch Rd., West Chester Township, OH 45069

Pay

$21.50 per hour straight time, 12% shift differential from 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM, 15% shift differential from 12:01 AM – 2:00 AM, and an additional 5% shift differential on Sunday.

Earn a $1,500 hiring bonus! 50% payable at hire and 50% payable at 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fill and count medications.
• Ensure inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with the inventory supply team.
• Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards.
• Have some latitude over prioritization and timing, working under minimal direction.
• Follow standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation, deviation, and/or independent discretion.

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Ohio.
• National Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ExCPT).
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
• Ability to stand for 10 hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

$40,000 – $52,300 per year (may vary based on location, experience, skills, education, and certifications).
