Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 4 responsible for accurately filling and counting medications and leading advanced administrative and customer support duties.

You will coordinate with the inventory supply team, set daily priorities, and oversee others where needed, within broad guidelines and minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Active registration/license with the Board of Pharmacy in the relevant state.
• 2–4 years of technical experience in a retail, clinical or mail order pharmacy.
• 1–5 years of leadership experience.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 4 accurately fills and counts medications. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 4 assumes ownership and leads advanced and highly specialized administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 4 ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team. Decisions are regarding the daily priorities for an administrative work group and/or external vendors including coordinating work activities and monitoring progress towards schedules/goals, and often oversees work of others and/or is the primary administrative owner of a main process, program, product or technology. Works within broad guidelines with little oversight.

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of technical experience in a retail, clinical or mail order pharmacy
• 1 - 5 years of leadership experience
• Must have an active registration/license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• National certification, PTCB CphT
