Job summary

SNI Companies is seeking a reliable Mail Inserter Operator to join our Windsor Locks production team. The role involves operating and maintaining automated mail insertion and sorting equipment in a fast-paced environment, with hands-on mechanical duties and a strong emphasis on accuracy.

Responsibilities include assisting with setup, loading documents and inserts, performing changeovers, monitoring quality, and keeping a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on equipment experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable following work instructions and adjusting equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle mail/materials.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Mail Inserter Operator

Location: Windsor Locks, CT area

Schedule: 1st shift M-F 7AM-3:30PM

Pay: $18/hour
