Job summary

PCI Group is seeking a Mail Dispatch Coordinator in Irving, TX, to manage the daily mail dispatch process with accuracy and timeliness. Under supervision, you will stage mail, verify postage, and maintain records while coordinating with postal and internal teams.

The role requires 1–3 years in a mailroom or shipping environment, strong numerical skills, and good interpersonal communication. Forklift experience is considered a plus, and occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in mailroom, warehouse, or shipping/receiving.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience operating pallet jacks; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and unloading company vehicles and contracted vehicles using pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Stage and dispatch prepared mail for daily dispatch.
• Verify weights, counts, and classifications of mail and parcels for accurate postage and tracking.
• Assist with organizing warehouse and staging areas to maintain efficient flow.
• Maintain inventory of mail trays, pallets, and supplies for daily operations.
• Enter data and maintain records in a timely manner.
• Communicate schedules and issues with supervisor.
