Job summary

The University of South Carolina is seeking a Postal Courier and Passport Agent to process and deliver mail and parcels across the USC campus. You will use postal tracking systems, manage routes, and support student package operations while serving as a Passport Acceptance Agent.

Candidate should have strong customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced university environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of USPS/UPS mailing guidelines and ability to learn USC software daily operations.
• Strong reading, comprehension and verbal communication with faculty, staff and students.
• Ability to operate a delivery vehicle and lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, sort, and deliver mail and parcels for USC community.
• Operate postal tracking and mailing systems and maintain vehicle records.
• Manage student package operations and delivery routes.
• Serve as a U.S. Department of State Passport Acceptance Agent and provide passport services.
