Inclusive Excellence Statement Advertised Job Summary The Postal Courier supports USC Postal Services by processing, tracking, sorting, and delivering mail and parcels for the University community, including approximately 9,000 on-campus student residents. Responsibilities include operating postal tracking and mailing systems, processing outgoing University mail, maintaining delivery routes and vehicle records, and managing student package operations. The role also serves as a U.S. Department of State Passport Acceptance Agent, providing passport application services and maintaining required certifications. The ideal candidate has strong customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills, can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and is able to perform physical duties including lifting and moving packages up to 50 pounds.
