Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in postal courier, postal delivery or mail processing/shipping operations.
• Be certified as a U.S. Department of State Passport Acceptance Agent.
• Knowledge of USPS guidelines/regulations and postal operations.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, sort, and deliver mail and parcels for USC community.
• Operate postal tracking and mailing systems; process outgoing University mail.
• Maintain delivery routes and vehicle records; manage student package operations.
• Serve as Passport Acceptance Agent and maintain required certifications.
