Responsibilities

• Oversees incoming mail distribution across the company.
• Manages postage, inserting machines, and carrier processing workflows.
• Processes USPS and private carrier reports for usage.
• Acts as courier to the local post office and bank.
• Packs and prepares special mailings for postage and delivery.
• Accesses online agent file information via PC workstation.
• Processes E-Certified Mail on the Internet.
• Monitors workflows to keep mail center operations smooth.
• Initiates service calls for mailroom equipment.
• Provides daily direction, mentoring and training to staff.
