Job summary

Aramark Nexus is hiring a Mail Coordinator to support operations at our Caprock workforce community near Mobeetie, Texas, east of Pampa. The role handles mail distribution, supplies, data entry, phones, and visitor assistance.

This position is open to candidates with prior experience as mailroom coordinator, administrative assistant, or office coordinator. On-site duties include professional service to employees and visitors, with on-site room and board for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Requires occasional lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Distribute mail, stock supplies, answer phones, and greet visitors.
• Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, HR, and data entry.
• Greet customers and direct inquiries as needed.
• Schedule meetings and travel arrangements, manage expense reports.
• Prepare office memos and postings.
• Operate office tech and MS Office applications.
