Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking an experienced RN for a 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit on the day shift (7am–7:30pm). You will deliver direct patient care, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires NH RN license (or compact), BCLS, ACLS within 1 year, and a BSN is strongly preferred. This fast-paced unit supports growth, coaching, and a patient-centered care approach.

Qualifications

• NH RN license (or compact state).
• BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire; BSN preferred.
• ACLS certification or within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to ANA standards; ensures safe med and IV administration.
• Mentors/Precepts new staff and supports learning needs.
• Performs physical assessments and coordinates discharge planning.
