Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program requirements.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access).
• Demonstrates experience in managing complex projects. Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with exceptional professional work ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities related to the hospital’s journey to obtain and maintain Magnet designation.
• Act as a resource and liaison between the Chief Nursing Officer and others to assess and facilitate organizational readiness.
