Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital is seeking a Magnet Coordinator within Nursing Administration to lead the hospital’s journey to Magnet designation. This role serves as a key resource and liaison to assess readiness and drive program initiatives across departments.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, aligning leadership, and advancing Magnet principles to achieve transformational leadership, empowerment, and evidence-based practice that improves patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program requirements.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Experience managing complex projects with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal relations.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
  • Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $96,720-$140,088 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
