Qualificações

• Experience leading an Acute Care Hospital to Magnet designation a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the organization’s Magnet journey and embed Magnet principles in practice.
• Strengthen professional governance and shared decision-making structures.
• Drive nursing quality, safety, and evidence-based practice through data-driven initiatives.
• Develop leadership and professional development programs to grow nursing expertise.
• Oversee measurement and communication of impact to leaders and staff.
