Job summary

Mall of America, in Bloomington, seeks staff to provide exceptional guest service at Crayola Experience and MOA attractions. You will engage guests, facilitate art projects, and support events while maintaining stations and materials.

The role emphasizes safety, customer interaction, and teamwork across departments. Ideal candidates are 16+ with strong communication skills, comfortable working in a busy family attraction, and capable of assisting during events, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Outstanding guest service skills.
• Strong listening and verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently or on a team.
• Prior experience in a museum, educational setting, guest service center or family attraction preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service consistent with Crayola and Mall of America missions and standards.
• Engage with guests by determining needs and offering assistance accordingly.
• Support the Crayola brand’s educational mission to use the arts as a tool for development of children.
• Facilitate art projects and activities with guests.
• Prepare materials, maintain stock, monitor activities, and clean work stations as assigned.
• Cross train to other MOA and Crayola departments, and be willing to be regularly assigned to assist.
