Job summary

Mall of America is seeking staff to provide exceptional guest service at Crayola Experience. You will engage guests, facilitate art activities, and support events while upholding MOA standards and Crayola brand education goals.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, monitoring activities, assisting with workshops and tickets, and cross-training across MOA and Crayola departments. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Outstanding guest service skills and communication.
• Able to work independently or on a team.
• Prior experience in a museum, educational setting, guest service center or family attraction preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service consistent with Crayola and Mall of America missions and standards.
• Engage with guests by determining needs and offering assistance accordingly.
• Support the Crayola brand’s educational mission to use the arts as a tool for development.
• Facilitate art projects and activities with guests.
• Prepare materials, maintain stock, monitor activities, and clean work stations.
• Monitor activity areas and adapt facilitation to guest volume.
• Assist in workshops, birthday parties, and special events as needed.
• Assist guests with product, ticket, and general questions concerning Crayola Experience and MOA.
