Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems on our Madison, WI campus. The role covers over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.

You will work with a team of AV experts to ensure projects are delivered on time and supported hands-on from layout to live events, with relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for a large corporate campus.
• Support and troubleshoot AV systems across 200+ conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.
• Collaborate with a team of AV experts to ensure successful delivery and ongoing hands-on support.
